The rules of the road.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the Site, submitting the contact form, or otherwise interacting with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Notice. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Who we are

Davis Legacy Life is an independent insurance brokerage located in Statham, GA. We are not a carrier. We help individuals, families, and businesses compare and place coverage with licensed insurance carriers across the United States.

3. Information, not advice

The content on this Site is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice tailored to your individual situation. Insurance products vary by state, by carrier, and by the specific facts of each applicant; what the Site describes may not apply to your circumstances.

You should not rely on Site content alone to make purchasing decisions. Always discuss your situation with a licensed agent — ideally us — and read the actual policy documents before binding coverage.

4. Brokerage relationship

Submitting the contact form, requesting a quote, or starting an enrollment does not, by itself, establish a brokerage relationship. A relationship begins only when we mutually agree, in writing or by clear conduct, that we will act as your broker for a specific product or class of products. We will tell you when that threshold has been crossed and what it means.

Until then, communications you send us are inquiries; communications we send you are general information.

5. No contract of insurance

Nothing on this Site is an offer to issue insurance, and no information you submit through the Site binds any carrier to provide coverage. Insurance is bound only when an authorised carrier issues a policy and you have paid any required premium. Coverage details, exclusions, and amounts are governed by the policy that is ultimately issued, not by anything described on the Site.

6. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the contact form.
• Submit information about another person without their permission.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy the Site or its content.
• Disrupt or attempt to disrupt the Site, its servers, or its underlying infrastructure — including by overwhelming our contact form with automated submissions.
• Bypass any security measure on the Site, including the bot-protection challenge.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including any representative of Davis Legacy Life.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, photographs, design, and code — are owned by or licensed to Davis Legacy Life and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any information on the Site is accurate, current, or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER DAVIS LEGACY LIFE NOR ITS OWNER, AGENTS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS OR EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Davis Legacy Life, its owner, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Site, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

12. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any action or proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court located in Georgia, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Davis Legacy Life regarding your use of the Site.
